I wonder how many players not in the game watch this on TV.

Hollidaybomb

I'd guess that many, if not most, do.

I would think the last thing they are doing is watching baseball.

I think you'd be surprised.

Yeah, they all have a friend or a teammate in the game.

Right, and most of them are probably just hanging around the house with their family.

Soto and Fukudome probably done for tonight, with 2 ABs each.

And this would be a bad thing, how?

Never said it was.

Dempster should be brought in for the save.

Marmol....duck

I'd imagine Marmol is an extra innings only pitcher.

Lou's probably begging for him to pitch

I just got angry all of the sudden thinking about how Ron should have been standing out there at third.

That stuff really pisses me off sometimes. How can you be a near unanimous top 10 player EVER at your position and not be in the HOF? Freaking ridiculous.

Mazeroski was at second.

Are you kidding me!?

A career line of .260/.299/.367, 84 OPS+, is DEFINITELY Hall of Fame worthy.

I miss you Danny H.

And I forgive you for your 10 ER spot start at Wrigley.

I was at that game in 2004. The one thing that really stays with me is the guy behind me shouting "we'll see ya at Triple-A, buddy!" as he was taken out.

If the NL somehow gets a 5-7 run lead, I bet Lou convinces Hurdle to let Marmol come in, thus blowing it or the NL barely winning it.

Gotta stick close to form.

From here on out, lets hope the AL doesnt take a lead. I dont know if the NL can deal with Papelbon, Nathan, K Rod, Rivera.

Didn't the AL come back against Wagner, Smoltz and Gagne

That remains one of my all-time favorite Cubs games to this day.

Kills me because I still think that was part of the reason he was traded. Throw out that stupid start that he had no time to prepare for and he was great in 04.
