Tough question. I would say Lee and Theriot.

 

Theriot has been better than Lee I think although Lee is back above .300 I believe but Jim Edmonds was definitely a spark when he hits homers and such, I think he had like 6 RBIS in 90 at bats for the Padres and has like 28 in 130 at bats as a Cub.

 

Theriot has not been better than Lee.

you have to make lincecum's arm fall off. send theriot up there and tell him to work him for 20 pitches, foul after foul after foul. in fact, tell every hitter to do that.

 

that's the only way that you can break lincecum, you certainly aren't going to hit him very hard.

 

if teams start doing this to lincecum like they did to prior, we'll see just how "perfect" timmy's mechanics are.

In terms of what though? Theriot is batting .323 and doesn't have many RBIs because he often bats first or 2nd in the lineup, Ok I might've taken it to far saying he has been better than Lee, because without Lee at 1b our errors would be up because Defensively he saves us a lot.
