So I just learned Pat Hughes' first name is actually Virgil.

Possibly the youngest person to be named "virgil"

Ok, looked it up, and Virgil was still a top thousand name in the 80s

Wow that fastball on the 2-0 count is a pitch I want Aramis to see every at bat because the fans in the outfield would have to get ready to catch it, but lee just doesn't seem to do that for us anymore.

the good news is, it looks like we have ourselves at least one guy that can hit Lincecum (DLee hasn't been fooled by him in either starts)

Cards probably going to take the lead back after an error on Pirates Chris Gomez runners at the corners 0 outs, pinero up. Hopefully the pirates somehow get out of it

Tough question. I would say Lee and Theriot.

Theriot has been better than Lee I think although Lee is back above .300 I believe but Jim Edmonds was definitely a spark when he hits homers and such, I think he had like 6 RBIS in 90 at bats for the Padres and has like 28 in 130 at bats as a Cub.
