There was nothing wrong with that gun as I was there and he was throwing that hard!!! Sean was pumped for the first few innings as he wanted to make a good impression with his new team........ I sat near a few scouts and can't repeat what they had to say about Sean's performance tonight. He's so much more relaxed and loves that he's going to get the ball every fifth day..... =D>

Wow I did not remember them winning 105 games and getting swept in the WS. That is nuts, and they didn't win the WS, then in 05 they won 100 games and didn't win the WS, then in 06 they won 83 games and won the WS...... :roll:

he looked great last night, and it seemed like he had a great attitude about the trade - rather than thinking of it as a negative, he was flattered that he was the centerpiece of a trade for such a great pitcher. hopefully he still has a soft spot in his heart for the cub organization. best of luck to him along the way; i'll be watching and rooting for him.
