OK everyone, tell us what you think of the trade. If you think we gave up too much, let us know now, don't tell us you're happy and then cry about it when the beloved Matt Murton is OPS-ing 900 and Gallagher wins the AL Cy Young.

Had the Cubs given up more in terms of real prospects I probably would have gone with the injury concern choice. But since they got both Harden and Gaudin for as little as they gave up I went with the first choice.

I am between the "Great Job Hendry" and "Excited but worried" options.

 

Regardless of the outcome, I think Hendry did a great job. The possible rewards are worth the risk and am not worried about the risks.

I chose the second option, because I do have concerns over his injuries. On the other hand, I think we have the depth to absorb that if it occurs. So, I'm definitely excited...even if that excitement comes with concern.
