it's more than you don't have anything to propel you. you can do butterfly kick on top of the water but it's not very fast.

 

i can tell you that when you're swimming, you don't feel good about either finish. ideally, you'd finish with a full stroke and arms fully outstretched. cavic was between strokes and he kicked into the wall; phelps was between strokes and had to take a quick extra stroke.

The words "Michael", "greatness" and "epic" were used interchangeably for about 30 minutes in a row. He seemed happy to talk to Phelps.

bolt doesn't even look like he's going fast, his strides are so long. it's going to take a miracle for gay to beat him. hopefully, tyson is malingering.
