I wasn't really thinking about him as a head coach(but as I said you can't really project that stuff 10 years in the future. Jerrance could get a nice head coaching gig in 5 years and have his roots set there for 10 years before we need a new coach. Or things could go to [expletive], and the whole staff could be fired.

 

My point was to have a different viewpoint on the bench as an assistant. It'd be nice to have a guy on the bench with a different viewpoint pushing on Bruce to up the tempo.
