Well.. crap. For the first time in a long time I feel I have made bad trades... Here ya go.. Anyone else willing to list what they feel to be theirs?

Bad trade #1:

Me: Bay, Adenhart

Juan: Hafner

I get Hafner who blows. Bay is tearing it up, which is what I expected him the first time I traded someone to Juan to actually get him on my team. Juan is totally kicking my ass when it comes to Bay.

Bad trade #2

Me: O. Hudson, Nady, Lars

Matt: Cano

I get Cano, who has sucked horribly thus far. Matt gets Nady and Hudson, who both have outperformed Cano, plus Lars. While Cano may turn it on at some point, I should have kept what I had, especially the prospect and Nady. I dunno why I thought Cano would be worth that much as a 2b player. They score the least amount of points.

Anyone else have the balls to admit to theirs? :)

i don't remember that at all. you offered me santana for russell martin, and we were talking about a trade involving harang and a closer, but i really don't remember getting an offer of santana for a closer.

It wasn't a formal offer, just a PM exchange. I asked at one point if you'd be interested in Santana instead of Harang in exchange for a closer and you weren't. And despite my ribbing you about that I really couldn't blame you at the time, because it wasn't clear yet that Santana was really having a good season as opposed to a couple of starts.

due to jr towles' tremendous flop, trading martin and ubaldo for sanchez and blanton may end up being a bad one.

though if sanchez continues to pitch well at least i got an exempt SP out of it.

I traded for Conor Jackson and then realized I didn't want Conor Jackson and traded him away for crap.

I guess the one trade I wouldn't mind having back is Ervin Santana for Edwin Encarnacion. Ervin's breakout year was supposed to be last year and after the pain he put me through, I figured cutting bait was the best approach going into this year. Besides, I had plenty of pitching worth keeping ahead of Santana.

Now Edwin is putting me through a lot of pain. But, he only has a week or two left on my roster, so I should soon have relief.
