Braves need to hurry up an DL Glavine so I can put him on the injured list and pick up someone. He is my 7th start this week.

I started 2007 at 0-2 and still made the playoffs, but I averaged 199 points per week through the first 2 weeks of '07 rather than averaging over 287 like I am this year. When I take into consideration that I've had more points scored against me than any other team at nearly 320 per week I can't get too upset.

Braves need to hurry up an DL Glavine so I can put him on the injured list and pick up someone. He is my 7th start this week.

 

There isn't much to pick up. I traded away my 7th start (Matt Cain) and added Justin Germano. I'm really scared about Justin Germano against Colorado. I'm not convinced that I'll leave Germano in the line up. If the Santa Ana's continue into Wednesday here in SoCal, count on me only getting 6 starts this week.

 

Also, the rather brittle Randy Johnson is my only two start guy this week. I can't expect too many innings and his 2nd start could be pushed to next week due to an off day, so hopefully he shuts down those hot San Francisco bats tonight and keeps me at a pace to potentially get 7 starts.

If a great deal came along for Atkins I would consider it.Maybe I could go with a lesser 3B if it came with a decent 2B.

 

I have a team with several exemptions so I can eat some points. Of course I've always been a fan of players with exemptions.

I don't foresee any deal in which I'll give up both Longoria AND Bruce. It seems to be the first two guys everyone wants when dealing with me. (Regardless of the talent I get back.) :D
