It used to run that way Tim and I don't like it. Maybe halfway through the season that would make more sense but after one week its silly in my opinion. We can have a vote if you guys want.

I'm dealing with the same problem to begin this season as I had last season. I'm scoring okay, but my opponents always break out the week they play my team.

I'm 3rd overall in points, but my opponents have outscored me. I'm sitting at 899.8 points and my opponents have scored 904. Hats off to Eyes Of Texas for the fine week they had this week.

Let's hope that trend continues.

how can you be first on the waiver list?

I'm crafty like that. I have noticed that a lot of players have been picked up through waivers already, so I would have guessed that I'd be somewhere close to the top of the list.

I also thought that the first waiver order was based on either the draft order or reverse draft order.

If everyone is 0-0 with zero points to start the season, how can you set a waiver order based on standings/points? If you set the waiver order based on last season, I'm guessing it would either be in draft order or reverse draft order.

IMO - First week waiver order should be based on the previous season standings - so same as draft order. Subsequent weeks should be based upon reverse standings / points.

The idea is that the teams struggling the most should get first crack at the players coming through waivers. Nothing else makes sense to me.

Are you saying waiver order resets every week?

I am not certainhow Juan set it up, but I was first on the waiver wire last week, picked up Derosa, and now I am no longer first.

I don't believe the waiver order is reordered each week. Once a team makes a claim they go to the back of the line.

True. I was not first in line at season's start, but I never made a claim until Derosa. I am not at the bottom of the list now ecause all the people behind me have picked up a FA on waivers since then.

I am glad that I have Derosa to cover second while Kendrick is on the DL, but I will kick myself if an A+ prospect becomes available.
