Back End Rotation Pitchers

Thread on thoughts of some back end guys for your rotation.

 

Right now I've got Garza, Volquez, Wakefield and Parra.

 

I've got a waiver claim on Cueto for Wakefield. Two guys I've had my eye on had good days today, Villanueva and Marcum. Are they worth it to pick up over some of the other high reward guys?

 

Who do you guys like for the back end of the rotation?

 

I've got my eye on Duchscherer and Wolf also.

gio gonzalez and adenhart when they're called up in a month. kuroda, westbrook, baker, lohse, wellemeyer, villanueva, petit, jon sanchez, jurjjens, eveland are all guys i like to varying degrees if the league is deep enough. and i stress deep here. if you have innings limit in 12-team league, they're probably not worth starting.

Who would you chose... Ian Kennedy, Jake Westbrook, Carlos Villanueva, Tim Wakefield, or Randy Wolf?

i think kennedy has the highest fantasy upside of that bunch

Personally, I like Randy Wolf from that group. Half of his outings will be night games in Petco, and he should be pretty effective at home. I also like him at LA and San Fran.
