Hey raisin, how did Dempster give up one run and yet 2 HR's? Was one called back because of holding?

And Hoffpauier would have had to put on a little weight, too.

And lose the high socks. It's probably Soto, Hoffpauir wasn't even in the game in the top of the third.

The Bears offensive line is not involved in this spring training game thankfully.

from all the posting here, I though Cotts gave up at least 5 runs. Game threads are back! ;)

lol, yeah he was terrible though. Lucky to get out of the inning unscathed.

Ceda not looking good early..

Why?

constantly behind the hitters, even the guys he struck out, although maybe that is how he pitches. Ron seems to think lefties will hit him better.

So he's still throwing too many balls, eh? Thanks.

In a small sample size last year, Ceda did a bit better against lefties in terms of hits and SLG against, although he walked more lefties than righties.

2 K, 2 BB, 1 HBP, 1 WP. Sounds like a routine Ceda outing...only weird part was that he actually gave up 2 hits.

Yeah, hits with that amount of walks is not a good thing. It looks like he was missing by a lot with a HBP and a WP and not by a few inches.
