It's not so much that I have more faith in Indy's defense rather I have a hell of a lot more faith in their offense than San Diego's if those key guys are out for the Chargers.

This is not the time for Norv Turner to get conservative. They need to not just run three times and give Peyton the ball back.

 

They need to run an offensive series that is designed to get one first down. Running it three times into 10 man fronts won't get it done and they will lose the game.

That was a don't get fired drive by Turner. If your backup QB messes up on a pass, it's Turner's fault. If the defense gives it up, it's the defense's fault.

 

That was an amazing punt btw, and the Chargers coverage unit seems pretty unbelievable right now. Peyton's looking everywhere and having trouble finding anybody.

I don't like that injury timeout rule in this case. I mean, the clock is stopped anyway so it's not like Wayne was staying down to keep the clock stopped. Now, on a completed pass, then it's a good rule. But not in this case.
