Interesting. Are those other promotions actual promotions or just the same responsibilities with new titles and bigger paychecks?

Fleita's sounds like a promotion to me; I think the new title implies overseeing the scouting and drafting as well as the development side. O'Neal's sounds to me like just a fancier title.
