Oregon player catches the ball at the 2, runs towards the goal line, gets knocked out of bounds, outstretches his hand for the pylon and fumbles for a touchback. He might be out of bounds. The refs took a minute before they ruled it at touchback, it's under review.

 

It should be at touchback and Cal ball and Cal win or Oregon ball at the 1.

 

The refs were ridiculous, taking a minute before making ANY call. They were all staring at each other looking confused.

We have the Rutgers/Maryland game instead and I'm sure it is a heck of a game. Maryland just went for it on 4th and short and was stopped. Rutgers has the ball on their 20 down 3 with 2:25 left.
