Cubs/Cards weekend series

I'll be going to see all four games & was wondering how many out there were planning on being there. If the Cards continue to tank against Cincy it could be an all or nothing proposition for them- I'd like nothing more than to see us effectively end their season.

I'm in at least Friday night...not sure if I'll cave and buy tickets for Sat/Sun or not....they may get cheaper if the cards continue to tank...but know, they'll be almost as happy keeping us out as they would getting in themselves so it will still be a very good series.

I'll be 15 rows behind the Cubs dugout at the Saturday day game, and I might go to the Friday night game as well. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous all weekend, so it should be a fun time downtown.

I'll be out there Saturday for the night game. Probably be at the sports bar in the Harrah's to watch the day game (plus all the football).

I'll be there for the 2 games on Saturday. The Peoria Chiefs Booster Club does a bus trip to Cub/Cards every year, and the 15th at 7pm is that game. I went crazy and bought a ticket to the makeup game too, so I'm *really* glad the weather is supposed to be so great.

 

Will likely be at the park on Saturday by 11am, then have a break in between for a few hours, so would be happy to meet if someone sets it up.

 

Incidentally, how crazy is it that I looked at the Hilton and Westin and they were both sold out, but then checked the Hyatt (the *team* hotel) for Saturday night and there was availability? Granted, this was a month ago, but isn't that strange? Anyway, looking forward to a great day of baseball and hope we can get together!

Since this is a 4 game series, I would love for the Cubs to deliever a TKO. 3/4. 4/4 is a added bonus.

Since we own the Cards the last couple of years I think we should take at least 3/4. Then again we have the being the Cubs factor going against us.
