NSBB Fantasy Football

I was in the Windycity league last year, I forgot who started that one. Just wondering if there will be an NSBB 2nd league.

There will be if somebody starts one; no reason you can't be that somebody yourself. I'm not sure who started the WindyCity league; that was a different league from the one I started.

I sent PMs to texascub and CubbieBum (since they were the first to speak up for them) with the info to register. Unless one of them changes his mind that fills the league; I think 14 members is optimal for football, because you can have a complete round-robin with every team playing every other team once. I know there were more people interested in playing than spots open (most members from last year continued, so there were only two vacancies), so I definitely think it would be worth it for somebody else to step up and start a second league.

A live online draft is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 25 at 9:30 P.M. Eastern time. Anybody who can't participate at that time can prerank players in advance (or else use the default Yahoo rankings). The draft order will be determined at random.

Eli's just insurance in case Peyton misses the start of the regular season. If Peyton's good to go from the start Eli is worthless to me; he won't even be a bye week replacement since the Colts and Giants have the same bye week. So Eli will probably eventually become trade bait.
