Either the gun is slow or Zambrano is getting tired early. A couple of mid 80s sinkers.

Then a few 60 mph breaking pitches. Maybe the gun is slow, then.

Who needs Kendall?

The Giants...

BTW, I'm referring to the Giants need Kendall in the Cubs lineup

I thought you meant that he'd fit in with the other old guys.

I'm been watching gameday the entire game and he's had a few of those low 60's pitches. Hasn't been above 90-91 either

actually, the last pitch to roberts was at 93 according to gameday

i feel sorry for giants fans... but not that sorry, because the 2007 giants are about as uninteresting and anemic as the 2006 cubs

i have no sympathy for giant fans because they just shower bonds with cheers and cheers...they deserve to watch this crap

At least they have Lincecum and Cain. The Cubs didn't have any young pitchers throw well until Hill came up in August.

I say keep with the B-team and throw in Eyre. Get Petrick more work. Gallagher.

Not with only a 4 run lead.

I keep forgetting Gallagher is still on the team. Has he pitched since being called back up?

<------ stunned that jock got a hit after falling behind 0-2

he rolled it over to the first baseman....anyone else over there would have made a routine 4-1 put out

if that's true, why wasn't it an error?

I don't think it should have been. DLee probably makes the play but it was a tough chance so it was rightfully ruled a single.

Yeah, put a 1 in front of the 4...then maybe
