Why not rest Lee when he's getting his suspension served?!

What a crazy lineup.

You do realize though, that the Cubs will go out and prove us wrong and score like seven runs. That's just the way these things work.

DLee has one career hit at RFK. He needs a night off (the slump there maybe partially psychological).

He's definitely had a rough go of it the last week or so......

Actually, Lou asked Soriano if he wanted the night off. Soriano said no.

True.

LOL, so it could have been a lot worse? Lou must have a lot of faith in his guys.

Jones will HR tonight. It'll be awesome.

Don't bet the family farm on that one, eh?

Nah, just the deed to the house. ;)

There you go. No need to go overboard

Lefties are batting almost .100 points better off of Bergmann than righties (.327 vs .234) and slugging over .160 points better (.422 vs .261) so maybe resting Lee and getting the left handed batters in there today might not be such a bad idea.

Wishful thinking... Jones sucks against everybody.

Just watched CSN's pregame. I'm guessing Derrek Lee is resting tonight because he's 1-28 lifetime at RFK stadium.
