Not only is Barret getting tonight off, hes getting a few days according to Lou. Should be alot of fun watching Hill, Jones, and Izturis.

 

They better knock in a lot of runs with their gloves, cause our offense sure isn't gonna have much luck scoring any with their bats.

why is barrett gettin a few days off anyways?

 

Because he's a horrible baseball player. I hope he gets the rest of the year off.

 

Haha hyperbole eh? you gotta love it. I mean Hill and Blanco are so much better baseball players than Barret its a complete joke that Barret is even on this team. He sucks at baseball get rid of him. Hes a hothead to. Cant catch 10 hop "throws" from a terrific baseball player in right field. Get rid of this non baseball player now!

you have to admit, he's been very bad this year.

 

He is still the best option on this team. His bat was starting to come around. He has made some mistakes yes, but who the hell on this team hasnt? barret is this years fall guy plain and simple

Well I was being sarcastic but now that you mention it his inability to hit, run bases, call games, throw out runners, and get along with teammates does kind of make me wonder......

 

His hitting was starting to heat up. This whole damn team cant run bases so why is Barret the only one who gets crap? The pitchers have the ability to shake him off if they want so calling games is crap. Throwing out runners you knew what you were getting when we got him. Getting along with teammates who are a bunch of crybabies who wont take responsibility for their own suckage? Ya thats all his fault.

Hey, I have nothing against Barrett. I'm just looking at this thing realistically. I didn't say he's ruining this team. This team is full of holes. All I'm saying is when he's not batting well, he doesn't help us much. I hope his bat continues to heat up. We sure could use it.
