I hope we lose. If we're going to lose, just flat out lose. We probably will lose, Sox is the better team anyways.

We are 3 below .500. If Cubs can get back to .500 in this series, I will donate $10 to NSBB for 2 months of Premium. If anyone wants to pitch in, go right ahead.

If the Cubs sweep the White Sox I'll pay for a year of premium.

Atta boy! Keep it coming people. Remember, if it happens (LOL), you will have to do what you said. Will be well worth it.

I'll not only pay for a year of Premium, I'll go ahead and pay for yours also. How's that sound?

Great time to sit Erstad.

Chicago Cubs Vs.Mark Buehrle

Great time to sit Jones.

Useless players for both teams will sit tomorrow. Oh the irony.

Please, no http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/9672/nope5.jpg in this series.

To be fair Dempster has been good this season. All closers have melt down like this every once in a while. It's just magnified because of our piss poor play this year as a whole. And we have no one else too close...

It was only a matter of time. Dumpster is a "novelty". Mediocre fastball, mediocre breaking ball. Giving up that type of lead is not acceptable and he started vs the bottom 1/2 of the order. Weurtz should be the new closer effective immediatly.

What kind of moron would let Jones get that many career at-bats against a lefty?

Jones was an everyday player with the Twins and the Twins and White Sox obviously played their share of games since they're in the same division. 37 ABs over the years isn't that much.

Wuertz has his own funk he hopefully can work out of. Even walking in the winning run the other night aside, he's been looking funky lately.

I remember going into this season thinking we had potentially 4 decent options for closing. Now we seem to have none. That said, Dempster should still be the one to go out there. He's looked good enough this year to get another shot.

Oh, and I predict the Cubs are getting cornholed 16-1 by the 6th, Barrett tweeks and goes postal on the Sox' dugout.

Watching Barrett go postal would at least be entertaining enough to make the game worth watching... maybe

That's a deal.

We're at $160.

Just a side note, I will pay for 2 months of premium to start things out. However, I will continue paying for it, by most likely buy a year when the 2 months runs out. Just for financial reasons... So my share is worth a total $60.
