Hill's curve is starting to flatten out every once in awhile. I hope he's not developing blisters again.

 

Could the wind possibly effect it? It seems really gusty out there.

If anything I would think that the wind would help his curve.

Wind does crazy stuff with offspeed pitches, it helps and hurts it all the time
