I hate 3:00 starts !!!

 

I like it today because I had to go cover some little kids playing baseball earlier. Just got back in now in time to catch the game.

 

I have to be into work at 3, so I'll miss the whole game.

 

Probably for the best, as they'll most likely lose again anyway.

It's 74 degrees in Chicago and the wind is blowing out of Wrigley Field so it should be a lot easier to score runs today! I hope Marquis' sinker is working well.

It might be one of Cedeno's last chances to impress, I don't see Lou or Hendry sticking with him the way he has been hitting and overall playing. It once again seems like he needs some time in the minors. I'm not giving up on the guy already, but he has looked horrible in hitting and decision making.

No one has faith in Cedeno. There is no reason for him to not be in the minor leagues. He's a terrible baseball player.

Depends on how hard it's blowing out.

 

I was almost dissapointed in 2003 or 2004 when the Cubs and Cards were in Wrigley and the wind was blowing out like 35 mph. It got rained out with the Cards winning 12-9 after 4 innings.

 

I think Clement started that game.

Nah, I think it'd have to be in the 80-90 degree territory before the scores get that high.
