Is anyone trying to watch the Braves-Mets game on ESPN? So far he's advocated trading away all decent prospects for proven players, letting veterans play and show the youngsters how to do it, and that major league experience is the only thing that matters. The other 2 broadcasters also poked fun at him by putting on #12 wristbands.

I think you're reaching there. He and the others were talking about how great the Mets farm system has been, particularly those who've made it to the majors with them. Dusty mentioned off-hand that these minor-leaguers can also be used to acquire proven talent. Sounds about right to me.

I can see when a team doesn't play fundamentals. Doesn't mean I can teach them how to do it though... :P
