What is the "prize" for winning this?

Free Gas for life complements of Vance.

Ethanol or methane?

the kind from my ass.

However, if any of you ever come through Monroe, I'll introduce you to some wonderful cuisine.

That's what Monroe smells like. :)

I'll vote for the Cubs if you vote for Jindal in the next election.

Seriously though, +2

If Jindal changes his views on education and changes some of those policies, sure. As of right now, his ed policy isn't what I'm looking for in a candidate. His policies would adversely affect me and every teacher in my school.

Thanks for the votes.

I just sent two emails from different addresses. And not surprisingly, I voted Cubs. Good luck.

If you could fold them in a large envelope, you could probably drop them off in the night slot at the News-Star. If you don't want to do that, you could try to fax them. I usually leave for work between 7:30-7:40 if you wanted to try to catch up with me in the morning.

I should be good for another 35+ via the fax. ha ha

Ha ha. I hope they don't pay too much attention to the area code it's faxed from, Chris.

I had them write their location. Well, I at least had them write the state they were in. If they have a problem they should do a better job with the rules. You'd think these people would've made a official ballot in the newspaper that was the only vote they would accept. That way, forget limiting votes per household or name and they sell papers.

I said the same thing to my wife. They should have pre-printed ballot and then team up with a local sponsor to have drop off boxes or mail-in locations.

That would stop a lot of our shananigans. LOL

Might as well enjoy this while it lasts. It'll certainly be the last time.

The funny thing is that the majority of people that are signing ballots are doing it in response of the newspaper "misplacing" the other ballots.
