is it just me or is this game taking a long time?

Some might say it's because it's the A's, who spend a lot of time taking pitches and adjusting themselves.

And spitting.

Bwahahahhahahahaha.

Thanks, Raisin! heh

Man I wish this game was on TV, it would be a fun one to watch. I hope our offense can be half this good all year.

If you prorate 8 runs in 6 innings, you get 972 runs on the year. I'll take that in the NL.

umm, that cant be right.

ETA: 12 x 162 = how many runs cubs are on pace for = 1944

Radarluv1 hoped for an offense half as good.

well then you were right on the money!!!

I'm sure that people will bring this up every day for the rest of the season. Does anyone remember Admiral Ackbar on the Baseball Think Factory in 2003?

Novoa not doing well. He'll probably start in AAA.

As he should. He's terrible. There is no reason for him to crack this staff with Cotts, Eyre, Ohman, Wuertz, Dempster, Wood, Miller, Guz, Marshall, and Marmol all able to be in the bullpen.

Novoa and Rapada are both headed to the minors. It seems that Novoa will get sent down because our bullpen is better, not because he is worse.

Didn't he lead the rebel alliance and breathe heavily?

Ryan Goleski formerly of the Cleveland Indians farm system. I believe he was taken first in the rule 5 thisyear before we took Hamilton.

There was someone who logged on during every game saying, "It's a trap!" Never more, never less. Right after the Bartman/Gonzo incident, there was a Star Wars video game commercial starring Admiral Ackbar. It was the first time I saw the commercial. Actually, it was the first time I saw him in anything new since 1983. I almost cried in the Irish bar.

Whats the deal with the NSBB mention on the radio? What was said?

One of the posters here sent the A's guy an email telling how to pronounce one of our players name. The email ended with, "Give a shout out to North Side Baseball".

If Lou wants to make a statement about P's walking guys, getting rid of Novoa is a good place to start.

Going out there and slapping Zambrano in the face would have helped.
