As far as I know, there won't be any radio/tv broadcast available for this game. There's supposed to be a webcast, according to this schedule. I think you have to be a Gameday Audio subscriber for the webcast.

The March 4 game had way too much cursing going on.

WTF, *%$%@#, Bull**** and any other variations of curse words are not allowed and need to stop now.

The personal attacks need to stop as well. Come on, people. These are spring training games.

Tim created a great site for all of us to enjoy. How about we show him a little bit of respect and follow his message board guidelines. If you forgot what they are, I have conveniently placed a link to the message board guidelines in my signature.

Thanks for your understanding that this is a family site.

Can we also add in people thinking they need to lecture other posters for daring to show emotion over spring training games?

Has Cliff Floyd played at all this spring?

No. BTW this game might be webcast (whatever that means). Cliff wont' play until about the 10th, 11th. .

Nope, he's being held back until March 10-12. They want to give him additional healing time (even though he says he's ready now).

Seconded!

God forbid anyone shows emotion in ST games....

People are just going to have to chill out in the game threads. They aren't going to be micro-managed. The same site rules are enforced here as elsewhere. If you flip your lid and go off on profanity-filled tirades over spring training games, be advised you'll probably earn a timeout for it.

Would we have to put our noses in the corner? ...because I find that totally degrading.

Nope. We just disown you.

Anyone know what the heck a webcast is? (in relation to an mlb.tv game that is). I've never heard of it before. Or saw it before.

It's usually just an internet stream like a radio broadcast. I put the schedule link in the first post and hopefully there will be one tomorrow.

It also has webcast for the day after tommorow too. Then the other teams broadcast for thurs. So far every single cubs ST has been broadcast to us, in some way. Here's hoping. .

I wasn't really sure so clicked on an archived webcast (LAD vs BOS) from earlier today. The webcast sounds like any other audio-only game but apparently it was only being broadcast via the web.

FYI, it is Dodgers' radio so there may have been a scheduling conflict that prevented it from being broadcasted in the team's local area.

Do you need to be a gameday audio subscriber for webcasts?

Yes, I believe so but I am a subscriber. I am always signed into the account so when I click on the links I'm not prompted to enter a username and password. You can try clicking on the webcast link here.

So do I. When I clicked an archived, "webcast". It asked me to ok it as if it was some sort of security risk. So bieng a scardeycat I didn't do it. I don't know why I'm just tired.

Thanks for checking it out for me.

My suggestion would be to ignore these posts if they annoy you.

I've checked out the schedule for atleast the next week. And so far, every single day there is a broadcast. .

tommorow - webcast, Wed. - webcast, Thurs - opp. audio, Fri. - TV, Sat. - TV, Sun. - pat/ron

What a wonderful change from last year. It makes me so happy. And to those of you without, there will always be someone here to do PBP for you every day. Whether it's me, 98, Texas, or someone else.

Or, on the flip side, if certain people don't care about spring training and think it's so ridiculous that some of us do, why are they posting in spring training threads about how stupid it is to care about spring training games?
