I have no damn clue. This is the best I've ever done. Last year, I got through once quickly and then nada...this year much better.

In truth, I'm wearing my Cubs tie, I rubbed my autographed Kent Merker ball all over me this morning, and I'm wearing my game used pair of Adam Dunn shoes while holding my autographed Len Kasper ticket. How could I not be successful with those relics on my side?

Well, it does look like I didn't get the 4/21 bleachers I thought I'd purchased when it never went to the confirm screen. If that's the case, I could still buy 6 tix, but I don't wanna take the chance.

THe best thing to do is enlist an army. Assuming you arent going to be going to these games alone and you have friends, coordinate them all to get tickets. That way the risk is spread out. 2 years ago I got through more than I could handle. The last 2 years I got thorugh at a normal rate, but because I had a handful of friends also trying I ended up with tickets to everything I wanted.

I have 36 tickets--all Saturday games. I'm pretty pumped. But, also feeling a little buyer's remorse.

THe best thing to do is enlist an army. Assuming you arent going to be going to these games alone and you have friends, coordinate them all to get tickets. That way the risk is spread out. 2 years ago I got through more than I could handle. The last 2 years I got thorugh at a normal rate, but because I had a handful of friends also trying I ended up with tickets to everything I wanted.

 

I'm at work. I had my little brother at school on my work speaker phone, and a friend at his place on my cell speaker phone. (it was getting loud.) I also had my wife working on it from her from work.

Unfortunately, I tried to create an account last time and it didn't let me. Oh well. I'm not specifically targeting weekend games --- I like to use Cub games as a opportunity to take a long weekend.
