  1. Can honestly say I don't watch that much soccer, but have been watching a lot more this year. Watching Italy though is very frustrating with all the diving and then milking non injuries. Saying that though the match was quite enjoyable and very glad Spain came out on top. Reading the previous posts, I guess it's safe to assume this type of play is the norm for Italy?
  2. And Gameday Audio is down right now, that's not good at all.
  3. The storm hasn't hit where I'm at yet...hopefully it holds off long enough to get the game in. Hopefully most of the storms that are here in Iowa will stay away from Wrigley. Last Friday night/Saturday morning we only got 9-10 inches of rain. And it's raining hard again here today.
  4. OMG!!!!!!!!!!! That went from very very bad, to that. WOW!!
  5. If(when) we lose this one. It's one Lou, there's no freaking way you leave Eyre in that long. Even if the bullpen is a little over worked, how in the world do you think that's a good idea??? What part of batters hitting .360 and the over 6 ERA would give you the idea that he can get people out? Mind blowing
  6. I just get in and turn to the game. Down 9-0 is bad enough, but then hearing the wind is blowing out 15-20mph the whole game!! Only the Cubs could find a way not to even get lucky enough to back into at least one run.
  7. #$@# Dempster #$#$ Eyre @#@# Cubs. horrible just horrible
  8. Just reported that he's going to Dr. Yocum for a check up. Shoulder discomfort.
  9. You kids tried your hardest and failed miserably, the lesson is 'Never try'" - Homer Very true. Very true
  10. Wow, been on since 9:30 and still no luck.
  11. Still haven't gotten in. I have very bad luck with this almost every year.
  12. Here is the link http://www.suntimes.com/output/cubs/cst-spt-prior12.html
  13. It's very sad really, when your pitcher is a better hitter than your #6 and #8 hitter in the lineup.
  14. Alright watching the Cubs lose again is hard enough. But, having to listen to the Brewers announcers defend Dusty the whole night is horrible. They just keep saying none of this is his fault.
