these refs are seriously bad. never call holding and the various other nonsense ST. Louis does constantly, but the bears cant seem to tackle someone without a penalty.

This has been the most favorably called game for the bears in several weeks, I don't know why people are complaining aside from habit

No its not sarcasm. He hit him in the shoulder his helmet didnt touch the Rams WR helmet.

 

You must've missed the replay then.

 

No the first replays they showed I thought he hit him in the helmet. But when they showed the side view it showed he didnt touch his helmet.

 

Agreed. Side view showed it never actually made contact. But he did still lead with the head.

 

Ya but how exactly do you not lead with the head when the receiver is near the ground and you try hitting him with your shoulder? Arent you natually going to lead with the head?
