I'm trying to become more knowledgeable regarding the minor leagues and, since I have heard it mentioned on the board before, I was wondering what leagues are considered to be stronger in pitching and which are stronger with offense. For example: Player A put up decent stats in League B which looks more impressive because League B generally favors the pitchers.

As far as the leagues the Cubs are in, generally speaking:

the Pacific Coast League(PCL) that Iowa plays in favors hitters

the Southern League(SL) that West Tenn plays in favors pitchers

the Florida State League(FSL) that Daytona plays in favors pitchers

the Midwest League(MWL) that Peoria plays in favors hitters

Out of those, I'd guess that the SL is the strongest towards one extreme, and the MWL is closest to the middle.
