Thanks for the thread, Fred. Good info.

 

What he said. Game on locally is Oakland and the Sox. Sox lead 2-0.

 

There are few things I can think of that are as depressing as being stuck on the road in some God forsaken place where they're not showing the CUBS game on TV. Root canal work does come to mind, tho.

Dare I say it, first complete game of the season?

 

That's just what I was thinking about as well..it's set up to be possible today.

 

Currently at 12,7 pitches per inning...... he could pull it off !!

Is it a rule that our backup catcher's last name has to end in an O so we can say "_____wned"
