I was looking through old baseball cards today, and laughing about some of the Donruss "Rated Rookies" or the Topps Rookie All-Stars. Guys who were really big-time prospects but who were duds in the big-leagues. I guess we can include people like Todd van Poppel, who had long (though mediocre) career, but was supposed to be the next Clemens.

The rules - give one and then let someone else take a turn. I'll start.

Yeah, I remember when the Phillies called him up, everyone was so excited about him. Career OBP under .300.

Also for the Phillies during the same era, Ricky Jordan. 77 walks in 677 career games.
