Boise lost 7-5. They got 2 in the 9th, but Colvin came to the plate as the tying run with 2 outs and grounded out to 3rd to complete an 0-5 night at the plate.

 

Lansford got 2 hits tonight, Baez got 2, and got robbed of an IF single in the 9th by cruddy umpiring.

He's the kind of fireworks I'd rather not see....it's the 4th of July everytime he goes to the mound here lately.

 

After his start yesterday, at AA, Brownlie is posting this fantastic line:

 

2-7, 7.05 ERA, 44.2 IP, 34/18, 1.90 WHIP

 

If you include his 11.2 AAA innings, it gets even worse:
