From cubs.com, apparently he's 2-3 weeks away.

Outfielder Angel Pagan, on the disabled list since April 16 with a torn left hamstring, is two to three weeks away, Cubs athletic trainer Mark O'Neal said. Pagan has been running on a treadmill with a weight-bearing device that takes the pressure off his legs. He could be jogging under his own power by the end of the week, O'Neal said. Pagan has been hitting and throwing. He's doing his rehab in Mesa, Ariz., at the Cubs facility.

Great...we'll end up getting help at the one spot in the line up that is actually starting to hit alright.

see, I don't mind Pagan as much as the other guys, because we didn't give up anything for him, and I think he could be a pretty decent bench guy.

Plus, he actually seemed to care. He was really torn up when he was injured.

I think he's an interesting 25th man on the roster. Unfortunately, the Cubs have about 5 25th men on the roster, so each one is just all the more annoying.
