And Dempster is going to call Ozzie and sort it out. Ryan is pretty ticked at Mike North of the Score.

Pierzynski's excuse was that he was only going to retrieve his helmet. Barrett wasn't buying that.

so baker chastises hill for commenting on aj's actions, basically taking aj/guillen's side on the matter. then, what, the next day, he's sticking up for barrett and inferring that aj instigated it.

 

this organization is a joke.

Cubs reliever Ryan Dempster was visibly upset Monday night after reading that White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen criticized him for some comments attributed to Dempster during a morning appearance on WSCR-AM 670.

 

But Dempster was livid with Score morning host Mike North, not Guillen, claiming North "misquoted" him several times. "I'm mad for Ozzie that he got misinformed," Dempster said, adding that he would call Guillen to straighten things out.

I was thinking rabies, myself. But then you'd have to round them up and have them tested. Problem is, if Lil' Joe ;-) did test positive, he wouldn't be that much different from the rest of the Sox fans. ;-) (That's why I doubt I ever attend a game at the Cell Block. :-))

If I'm Dempster, I think I would dread making that call to Ozzie just for the simple fact that I would find it extremely hard to understand what Ozzie is saying through his thick accent.

I gave the Sox their props for winning last year, but that doesn't make Ozzie a great manager. The Sox have the best team in baseball and should be winning. Let's see how wonderful Ozzie is when the Sox aren't a contending team.

Dempster only gets 150 bucks for the weekly interview. Man the Score is cheap. Maybe they should stop paying Norht 1.5 million per year while he continually gets his butt kicked by Mike and Mike. They could have used the extra money to pay Jon Rooney. He never should have left, especially after a championship.
