Maybe i dont remember correctly but what i remember is that there was a small trace amont of pot in his system but the coroner stated that it had nothing to do with his death.

The article you quote talks about it being a risk the first few hours the coroners report shows the pot in Kiles system was 2 weeks old so it probably didnt do much to effect his death
