Man, I always dreamed the Cubs would have a solid 1-8, with a nice bench that had room for a guy like Bacon who can steal at will and walk every once in a while.

:?: Hey! What is up with Micah Hoffpauir???? He has performed well for the Cubs and now they are moving him to Double A. Last year he was involved in a trade and they sent him down from Iowa to West Tenn when he had a 4 for 5 night with a homerun and several RBIs if I recall it correctly. What is up with the Cubs??? Seems as if they are looking only at their money players. They don't have alot of money in Hoffpauir. Seems as if politics is invovled. The guy is 12 for 25 with about 12 RBI for spring training. He has proven his defense with few errors. What do they want??? A money man or a proven talent!!!! What do you think????

The only one I have strong feelings about is Greenberg, who I still invision as a perfect backup outfielder. I'd also like to keep Restovich around in case someone struggles or goes down for the Cubs.
