Got carried away with the S's.

You know what this means? This means that Dusty Baker gets his dream come true. He'll get to ship Walker off to Washington in return for Soriano and then send Cedeno down and have Neifi play short. I'm sure Dusty is killing kittens as we speak.

Didn't stop the nats from trading for Soriano. Walker came to the Cubs as a backup and a lot of teams I think still view him as that.

At this point I think the Nats would love to just get rid of Soriano. If Soriano stays and plays they have to give him 10 million I believe. I'm sure at every slump or whiff or error they'll be thinking he's calling it in. It gotta be poison on the atmosphere there.

And where will Walker play in Washington?? They have a 2B and a 1B.

Washington will then flip Walker and trade him to Oakland for Zito and Chavez. Walker is just that good.

Not happening. Cubs know how bad a fielder Soriano is and their only interested in him as an outfielder. See September 25th Chicago Tribune.

Let Washington keep Soriano on the disqualified list as long as they have to until Soriano quit being a crybaby and start being a man and play some outfield.

I don't want him on the Cubs roster, nor I don't want him to be associated with anything about the Cubs, period.

Any chance the Nats put Vidro on the block and let Soriano play second?
It wouldn't be fair to ask Vidro to switch positions because Soriano is a contract-breaching crybaby. The Nats just need to play hardball with Soriano and not pay him if he won't play where he's told to. I believe Frank Robinson is still the Nats manager, not Soriano.
