So far in the spring.

Augie Ojeda - .231/.231/.308/.539

Neifi Perez - .200/.238/.200/.438

Ronny Cedeno - .158/.238/.158/.396

Yes folks, by over 100 points of OPS, Augie Ojeda has earned the chance to be our starting shortstop next season! (thus far)

 Laughing through the tears...

Yes and Nomar had like a .500 avg during spring. And look how bad he was at the start of the season. People were actually PRAISING neifi in how good he was!

I'm sure this was your original point anyway. But let's not get "scared" that Cedeno is now all of a sudden, a "bad" player.

I think the fear is he could be playing hsi way out of a job a la Bobby Hill in 2003.

Sorry, Cubs.com listed him as a second basemen and it would have ruined the joke of starting Augie Ojeda.

Anyway, people forget about that homerun that Augie hit that one time...he's a gamer.

Hill never did recover from that ST.
