If that Cuba/Panama game and now this US/Canada game can't get people hyped about the WBC, nothing can.

0-2 check swing fielded by ARod (at 3B). Easy out - it was Stairs running (I think). :lol:

 

That's so Alou-alike when Stairs did that.

I was never reall a fan of Peavy (i tend not to like studs on other teams out of jealosy :)), but he's really winning me over in this, with his awesomeness yesterday and his excitement today.

I was never reall a fan of Peavy (i tend not to like studs on other teams out of jealosy :)), but he's really winning me over in this, with his awesomeness yesterday and his excitement today.

I could do w/o the triple he gave up by misreading the ball. ...and the inside the park HR that was the result of his loafing.

I was kidding, but I didn't see the triple, and I find it hard to blame him for the HR, although he's partially at fault.
