Thank god he's up, but still there's doubt,

Singman swings like Kong they say,

His double hits the wall a far piece away,

Pie like Vlad has a swing of his own,

Claps hands with each hit, like a Pete Rose Clone,

Hendry with cellphone behind the plate,

Still time to make a good team great

Eyre "Having Fun"

Shows Hill how its done

KKK in the third with the heat and a change

Who cares if he's nuts and has the mange?

Matboy on with a splat then a steal,

On a throw high enough to bring down a teal,

Neifi of the quick smile and warning track power

Advances Matboy but no runs, time to shower,

Howrie, no runs in the fourth or his new blue socks,

Good lookin' fastball really rocks,

Marshall makes it an inning in about 8 pitches

Pagan with a major league jump, do we have enough niches?

Aram slashes and grins his way on,

Dopirak straight away for the run,

McGhee for Aram, out by a ton,

Meister Marshall with a one pitch out

As Augie shows us his gun,

Lotsa info from Dusty, inning's done,

Fassero shows he can still get out scrubs

Who can't score runs,

Jae Kuk has some stuff

And places it too,

I'm up for this Korean

Who cares if he calls hurricanes typhoons?

Matboy interview in whiskers and coal tar,

Our half, no runs on one hit, so good so far,

Novoa does not impress

At least with the first two,

But comes back and pitches like he actually has a clue,

Wuertz is a wonder on 3 pitches,

High fives all around and not many glitches.

while reading the verse, i had the instrumental of "ain't no half steppin'" by big daddy kane in my head. then i imagined kane rappin' the verses that professahesse wrote and it sounded glorious.
