If you're going to add a pitching category, I'd add a batting category to even it out. Perhaps OBP?

 

And I tend to like K/BB ratio, but IP is good too. It just favors starters.

I wouldn't use IP's...I think you can set a minimum IP scenario if you want to keep people from loading up on relievers.

 

I'd keep the offensive and pitching stats the same number. So, definitely add a hitting category (OPS, or OBP, or something to even it out.)

 

I'd like to see errors as a category just to make things interesting defensively.
