I can't tell, honestly. It might very well have been a catch. If so, that's a great play/throw/catch by the Packers. I hate Favre (when he plays the Bears... otherwise I wish he was on the Bears).

It was a bad challenge only because he already used his other one unwisely. Otherwise, you have to challenge it.

The referee has 90 seconds to watch the instant replay of the play and to decide if the original call was correct. The referee must see "incontrovertible visual evidence" for a call to be overturned.
