    I don't think the cubs will rush him either. At only 19, he needs innings at various levels through out the system. there is an outside shot he might get bumped up to Daytona very late in the year just to get his feet wet. With a solid year this year, (looks great so far) he will definately be in Daytona next year though. But certainly no need to rush thihs kid. Welcome!

    Wright, Hanley or Miguel Cabrera. I'd be happy with any of those.

    Utley is a sick player. He missed all that time last year due to a broken hand and still put up a .332 AVG 22HR and 103RBI. Those are Miguel Cabrera numbers but at 2B.

    IMO, there are about a handful or so of players (now or the immediate future) who are worth a contract starting at $15mill. ARod/Pujols/Vlad/Manny/Ortiz/M. Cabrera/ are definately worth $15 + per yr. Guys like Utley/Hunter/Hudson, IMO, are closer to being worth in the 10-13 mill per. So, IDK if I would have given Utley that contract. And I am sure as heck know I wouldn't give it to Hudson. Utley is definitely worth more than 13 mil. I would give him 15-16 mil. He's a damn good player. Utley is a lot better than Hudson is.

    Small sample size but Wellemeyer was good for the Cards last year as well.
