Do they test players during the offseason? I don't see why a player can't do a cycle of roids and be clean before the season starts if he times it right. Of course that might be possible if they don't test during the offseason.

I understand the excitement of Ascanio as a starter, but I really wish hed get the callup to the bullpen and send Shark down. I was thinking the same thing. -
I really don't want Gordon to be resigned. He's had his chances to stay here and both times rejected what I thought were fair contracts from the Bulls. We all want Deng gone now but the fact is he's coming off a significant injury and I highly doubt any team would be interested in him especially when you consider his bloated contract. Let Gordon walk, move Salmons to SG, leave Deng at SF. I don't even know if we have the ability to fix the mess at PF, and C although I did like what I saw from Noah in the playoffs and end of the season.

Miles from the get go might be one of the dumbest FA signings from Hendry and he has plenty. It's up there with Neifi and Burnitz.

I think Sage if going to be better than most people think. Aside from his obvious late game blunders he looked really good playing for the Texans when Schaub went down with an injury.

I expect a better team with a 130mil payroll. Hendry was never good. He's a bottom of the barrel GM. Him getting the extension was a parting gift from management.

Let's face it both of our goalies are overpaid and really not that good, maybe average? What bothers me is Khabi allowing soft goals to go in. This is the playoffs man I expect my goalie to do better than allow softies to go in so easy. -
Hendry is such an idiot. He has no problems signing Miles or releasing players making 2-4 mil per year yet he couldn't keep one of our best players last year in DeRosa? I will cherish the day that Hendry leaves this organization.

The shark has been really good against lefties though that has been in only 13ip against. The move that makes the most sense is for shark to come up and replace Cotts.
