Not to worry. I'm sure the Cubs could find plenty of medicinal "pick-me-ups" if they happened to make a quick stop in the Giants clubhouse before stopping at the hotel tomorrow night.

Same here in Des Moines. I don't know what the big deal is if they showed the game. They preempt COPS and America's Most Wanted all the time for that goat-roping, cracker, white trash NECKCAR garbage. Why not show the end of a baseball game between two bitter rivals in the heat of a pennant chase?

At the rate his average keeps dropping, I don't think it'll be long before others join in on the chorus. Yep. That .316 BA and +.900 OPS is killing us. It was .335 about three weeks ago.
