    Seriously, why would you not let Dempster bunt there? Cedeno clearly isn't good at anything, whereas Dempster is actually a very good bunter. Seems like a no brainer to me.

    Why is Cedeno on this team? What the hell is it that he does well?

    He's been sorta good in Philly. in 5 innings. i prefer to look at the 130 bad innings that he had in a cub uniform. Why does what he did two years ago matter at all? The fact it, Scott Eyre was great this year until he had two back to back rough outtings, then wasn't allowed to pitch after returning from the DL. He's getting to pitch consistently again in Philly, and not surprisingly he's pitching incredibly well again.

    probably doing the same thing that cotts is doing - blowing. Actually he's pitching well in Philly. Which is what he did here... prior to not being allowed to sniff the bullpen mound for a month.

    He would have been halfway down the line when the ball arrived at home had Morgan played that ball correctly.

    Yeah I'm fine with either. I just went with Yahoo cause it's what I'm using for fantasy baseball. Although it's not looking like it will matter since we only have 4 people who are interested.

    Great all around game tonight. Nice to see Kosuke with a great game. Howry with a nice outing too, hopefully those two can build on tonight.

    There's nothing quite like fireworks after hitting a HR to bring your team within 7 runs.

    Alright I just setup a league on Yahoo. Pretty much went with all the standards in terms of points, playoff schedule, etc. Definitely open to changes though. So far we have 4 people... clearly need more though. I had to set a draft date, so I put it for next Tuesday at 5:45 CT. We can changed that if necessary though.     He's also been one of the luckiest players in the majors, crappy LD% notwithstanding. Happy about his isoD though There are four players in the league who have gotten on base more frequently than Theriot. It amazes me that people still bag on the guy left and right.

    Man I couldn't agree more. Same thing with the Mizzou-kU rivalry game in Arrowhead. The home environment is a big part of why I love college football so much. I hate that they're playing in a freakin dome. Say what you will, but the atmosphere at Arrowhead last year was ridiculous. I don't think that would've been matched at Faurot or in Lawrence. With an identical scenario in terms of what was at stake, you don't think the atmosphere would've been better had that game been at Faurot? Granted I wasn't at Arrowhead so I only know what I saw/heard on TV, but I'd be shocked if the atmosphere at a neutral site would be better than at your home field.

    Wasn't the last time we faced this guy really just an example of missed opportunities? He gave up 9 runners in 6 innings. Not exactly a good performance on his end.

    Does anyone have video of Kosuke in the dugout after hitting that HR? It looked like his teammates were thrilled for him.
