    It certainly would be a lot easier to hold down the D-Backs offense. Although their pitching staff is better than the Phils. Is it really though? The Phillies have a better ERA and a much much better bullpen. Once you get by Webb/Haren Arizona's pitching is not so good Yeah, but once you get by Webb/Haren, you might be down 0-2.

    Considering the Dodgers and DBacks play each other this weekend and next, if the Rockies can get hot they won't have a tough time catching them at all. Especially when you consider that they'll be 5 out if they win tonight.

    Holy crap, the Cubs have now won 13 of 14 on the road. The ability to win on the road was team's only legitimate question mark. They're the best team in baseball, hands down. They should win the World Series.

    Every time I watch him it SEEMS like he's doing something boneheaded or just plain bad. I don't argue with the statistics if they say he's good for a backup but it definitely feels like his net effect on this team is negative. I'd agree with that. I don't deny that my dislike of Cedeno is probably a bit irrational. But it does seem that every time he gets into a game he does something [expletive]. Maybe he does so many stupid things that people like myself overlook the positives.
