    I can care less how we win it as long as we win it. If we get a little help so be it. We have been charitable in that department the past 3-4 years. I agree. I won't ever wish injury on anyone, but I'm also not going to be upset when an impact player on an NL Central team goes down with an injury.

    that last pitch didn't look like it was on the corner to me....it got the better half of the plate imo It was probably a strike, but I thought it was definitely on the outer portion of the plate.

Hahahaha, did you even read the article? I am a betting man, and I'm betting no. Hahahaha, yes I read the article. It doesn't say who's decision it was, but if you can honestly tell me that you wouldn't be surprised if Prior said it, then you haven't been paying much attention the last few years.

    To avoid the weather? Man, I've about had it with Prior. How the hell do you lose a spot on the big league club, then delay your minor league assignment because it's too cold? Grow a pair, and go down there and show the Cubs that you belong in Chicago.

    There's a lot of evidence to show that he was bad last year largely in part to how infrequently Dusty would use him due to the team being so bad. When he was used on an even somewhat regular basis, he did pretty well. His bad periods typically came after Dusty sat him at least 3 games or more. Not that I'm disputing what you're saying, but what evidence would that be? I'd genuinely like to know.

    So Murton is our emergency catcher? I always figured it would be Derosa for some reason.
